OK, find some excuse about the guy above you, to ban him for a short period of time, *we won't really ban him unless it's a valid reason* however iit's fun trying to get each other banned.

Example:

someone: I ban *^ the guy above me ^* because he double posted.

someone else: I ban *^ someone ^* because he tried to ban him for a stupid reason.
